Question - Can I fix Cat6A shielded Keystone Jack onto the panel ?

Answer - Yes , since it's RJ45 keystone.

Question - What I have to do , if I need to build SC or LC fiber adapters ?

Answer - Fiber apadater need to build onto blank RJ45 adapter first, before mounting on the copper panel.

Question - What if we need shielded panel

Answer - WB-3848S is better for FTP one, with grounding kit.
